Happy Fitness Friday everyone! It is time I shared my special no bake snack with you! They will fill you up and fuel you for your day.
1/2 cup dry oats
1/2 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
…and my favorite ingredient: 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (I like the minis if you can find them)
In food processor combine oats and almonds. Blend until they reach a flour like consistency. Add in flaxseed, chia seeds, honey, vanilla and almond butter. Once the mix is well blended remove from food processor and place in bowl.
Add chocolate chips to the mix and roll into tablespoon sized balls. Store in fridge for an easy to grab, healthy snack!
