With this weather we sometimes forget about eating fresh fruit. Winter brings root vegetables and thick stews instead of our summer routine of smoothies and fruit salad. If you are a snacker like myself, this bowl is a game changer. Why, you ask? Because it strains and serves in a single bowl making it easy to snack happy instead of going for the bag of chips (or pretzel thins in my case). I recommend anything from berries to snap peas.
